This year at Southeastern Elementary School, principal Nicole Wills has adopted the implementation of the PAX Good Behavior Game (PAX GBG) as part of a Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) program. They have combined core elements from both PAX GBG and PBIS by creating a school-wide incentive component to recognize acts of good behavior. Students can receive tickets from school staff if they are seen helping others or exhibiting an act of good behavior. They can collect those tickets and turn them in for a variety of rewards.
